The EC-SEAT project prepares early childhood special educators to support children with diverse needs using evidence-based and family centered practices. Community partnerships foster strong leadership and teaching skills in EC-SEAT scholars. Through collaborative field experiences EC-SEAT scholars enter early childhood professions with strong leadership and teaching skills. Being an EC-SEAT scholar is a unique interdisciplinary opportunity for continuing education in early childhood special education.
